How karaoke sign-ups work now

  1. A singer walks up mid-song and hands you a paper slip.
  2. You squint at the handwriting and ask them which artist.
  3. They tell you the artist over the music.
  4. You add them to your list and get back to the show.
  5. Later, they come back to ask when they are up.

How to take karaoke song requests by QR code

  1. Create a session and put its QR code on table cards, or its iPad Wallpaper by the stage
  2. A singer scans it, signs in, and requests their song from their phone.
  3. Whenever you have downtime, you view the songs requested, with the artist and who sent each one.
  4. You decide if it fits the night, and tap Accept or Decline.
  5. They see Accepted or Declined on their phone, no trip to the stage.
  6. When it is their turn, you pull up the track on your own karaoke setup, then tap Played.
