How wedding song requests usually go

  1. Between courses, a guest crosses the dance floor to your booth.
  2. You break focus and slide a headphone off to hear them.
  3. They ask for a shoutout for the couple too.
  4. You nod and get back to the night.
  5. Later, you decide if it fits the night, and play it if it does.

How to take wedding song requests by QR code

  1. Create a session and download the QR code, print it out however you want, and put one on each table
  2. A guest scans it from their seat and requests a song or a Bride / Groom shoutout.
  3. Whenever you have downtime, you view the requests.
  4. You decide if it fits the night, and tap Accept or Decline.
  5. They see Accepted or Declined on their phone, without leaving their table.
  6. If it fits, you play it or give the shoutout, then tap Played.
  7. They hear what they requested, and the night is that much better 🙂
